I was really impressed with this place, and in Bentley (the owner) in particular. My father and I were traveling together. Upon arrival, Bentley greeted us both with a handshake and asked our names. The rest of the time we were there, he referred to us by name which was nice. The full hand wash plus interior shampooing was done by Bentley and another gentleman. They did a really great job. The waiting room atmosphere could use a little bit of TLC (some light bulbs would be great), but it's clear that the business (with current owner) has not been around that long yet, so I'm sure it will be improved soon. The ONLY suggestion I have for improvement would be this. They provide paper floor mats which keeps the mats from getting dirty while still wet. What wasn't provided was plastic seat covers to keep US from getting a bit damp in the seat on the way home.
