Lynn's, a Chef du' Jour, LLC Experience

After getting stuck in downtown on jury duty I ventured down to check out the cuisine and boy was I not impressed. I ordered the special of the day - which was Beef Stroganoff and steamed broccoli - the clerk gave me a sample of the 'signature dish' macaroni and cheese. Now keep in mind that this place has a captive audience - it is located inside the federal court building in downtown Phoenix but at the height of lunch there were only a hand full of people in the place this should be a sign

The Beef Stroganoff - was overly salted and flavorless, the broccoli was gray - I actually prefer my vegetables to be green and the 'signature dish' was so bland I took one bite and threw the rest away all of this for the lovely price of $8.60 - this included a drink.

After this horrific experience I spent the next 8 days of my fabulous and amazing jury experience - dining at other downtown locations.

Lynn's restaurant is outstanding, the food is made to order, fresh and quality ingrediants. the pricing is out of this world cause no one else gives you what Lynn's does for the price.! It was the best I've had and enjoyed meeting Chef John and the team.

It was the best lunch I've ever had for only $5.95 and it was huge! If you've not been to Lynn's then you need to go to Lynn's Restaurant 4th avenue and washington streets!

Outstanding food, outstanding service. Everyone there welcomes you and makes you feel at home! What a great experience, value and quality!
