Unreliable
I have ordered 7 dumpsters from M & M Waste over the past few months. I'm not sure if they changed owners but the past 4 dumpster rentals have been nothing but problems.
Dumpsters have not been delivered when they were supposed to be, not picked up when they were supposed to be either. Not even a phone call or explanation as of why.
Tons of debris is always left behind as well when the dumpsters are picked up. Clean up afterwards is awful.
I have spoken to the manager about my concerns several times and only offered apologies.
Taking my business elsewhere.
