RUDENESS
I had a dryer issue and placed a call to them for help a nice guy came to my home to diagnoss the problem. He informed me I needed a new motor he would submitt the request and someone would be alling me back. After almost a week no response from the company so I took it upon myself to inquire as to whats going on with my part I really think they should have given a curtasey call just to let me know, but no that did happen so when I called i expressed to the lady that answered the phone of the issue she said she would check on it and call me back, well after most of the day went by no call so I again called myself and asked her why she did get back to me and she told me I never called I said I did and spoke with her directly earlier in the day I couldnt get a word in edge wise due to her RUDENESS and unproffessional attitude so she then told me she would cancel my order all togther if I did let her speak she is NASTY,RUDE I would never refer anyone to them and I called my home owners warrenty company to report them on their terrible service and not to use them unless you like rudeness.

great service !!
my washer was leaking and one technician frrom this company came to my home look at the machine and found the problem rightaway , had a spare pump in his car and took care of the leak ,pay'd with my credit card and got senior citizen discount 10.00\ri will call m&m appliance repair again !\rthanks guys !\r\rjhon c.

promised to do work. Cashed $50 cheque never seen or heard again.
Took a cheque for $50 dollars as a callout charge and promised to fix my cooker in a few days. The $50 would supposedly come off the price on the job. He (mario) was never seen or heard from again. Will not answer his phone and does not return mesages left on voicemail. Do not hire this guy. It has been over 4 weeks.

Exceeded our Expectations!!!!
Talk about service! WOW!~ Mario will exceed your expectations with courtesy, politeness, professionalism, and fast service. My company uses M&M Appliances for all of our tenants who have problems with all appliances. I highly recommend Mario at M&M Appliances. Fast, friendly, and quality service.
