I am in a pickle so to speak with a car that will not run. I have scoured all over the internet and located this place and called and inquired if they had a Nissan car that would have the part that I need. They told me they did not have any later cars older than 2002. I thought this was complete rubbish so checked their web site and their on the front page was a Nissan 2003 that they just received in. I said great, I would be there. Then they asked me what I needed, when I told them what I wanted they said they didnt have it. However, when I called them on it they said they didnt want to offer the part and part out the engine... I can understand that, but why LIE about it!!!! They will NEVER get my business and I have two cars that need parts from time to time. They could have at least help me locate the part or referred me to another salvage yard.

I have what you call the worst van in the world. My wife is your typical soccer mom. She has a Dodge Caravan that doesn't seem to want to drive for another day without giving us problems. Last month the transmission went out and a coworker Sally told me to check out MR Used Auto Parts. I contacted them in regards to my problem. They told me I probably needed a transmission. They got me in contact with a mechanic nearby. Also helped me arrange towing. I found a company to tow it for $100+ bucks. There were strap on fees, than by the mile. They got a guy to come out and do it for a flat fee. After we got the van towed over there. The mechanic said the same thing. It was the transmission. Mr Auto Parts quoted me a fair price. I still called around for other places and they were competitive enough. I bought their transmission. All said and done the van drives great. Since than I've had to replace the driver side window regulator and the Cd player. I have a check engine light on now, and the dealer says I need my computer replaced. I contact Mr Auto Parts again, and they said they can get me a used one. I just wish they could offer me a warranty on it. All said and done. Its definitely worth the risk. They're still much cheaper than the dealer and they've treated me really well. Just remember one thing guys, this is a used parts place. Don't go into there expected it to look like Autozone. Also ask clearly on their policies. They will treat you well.

I recently bought a transmission from these guys. They offered me and my husband alot of information about the car. They informed us that the vehicle was tested at their local facility. They assured us that we wouldn't have any surprises upon installation. They were very kind and prompt. They helped me out alot in getting my vehicle running again. Since then I often recommend people to them. I have a girlfriend who saw the same car, same color on their website. Soon after she went and bought the front bumper from them. She saw it at http://www.mrusedautoparts.com . Buy your part there.
