There is a "SOLD" sign in our yard and it is thanks to Mark Brandwine. We thought about renting our intown home since we thought it was not a great time to sell but we decided to put it up for sale to see what would happen. We just sold our home in Morningside and couldn't be happier with Mark Brandwine & his team. In this market we were nervous about selling, so choosing the right agent was most important to us. We interviewed several agents and chose Mark Brandwine & Co. because he offered the highest level of customer service and had a marketing plan that was second to none. My husband and i actually sold our house, but that was after we fired Mark Brandwine. His office team is very nice, but once you get past his snake oil salesman fever pitch when he goes all out to get your listing, you never see or hear from the guy again. His assistants are very smart and work hard, Mark on the other hand we gauge as "dumb as a box of hammers". This guy just doesnt get it ! He is arrogant and doesnt seem to take critical comments about his performance very well. He does take compliments well, but we suggest not wasting your time with him, as we sold our house 3 weeks after he wasted 4 months of doing zero.

Dont fall for all of the razzle dazzle sales stuff he throws at you. Whats that old saying, " alot of sizzle , but no steak !"

Give your self a holiday gift that will keep on giving, just say no to Mark Brandwine.

Mark Brandwine is a funny guy ! He is not however the agent you want to sell your home. Big on getting your listing,not so big on anything after that. Nice guy, but he and his team are riding on the dope patrol ! We were disappointed with how much, or rather how little he is around after you sign on the dotted line. His team is mostly in-expereinced and it seemed to us like they were riding on the seat of their pants. One thing Mark probably is good at, and after reading through some of these reviews, i am betting my husband that it is true. Mark and his team may be good at manipulating the internet in certain ways. Now it didnt help sell our house in morningside, but they may be real good at fluffing up his ratings right here on kudzu.com. Dont invest in this guy, just alot of hot air blowing your way. We sold our home in 4 weeks, when mark and his team couldnt fight their way out of a wet paper bag in 3 months..and for a higher price. Go figure !!...

We used Mark Brandwine and Company for the sale of our home, as well as the purchase of our new home, and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a realtor. Mark & his team provided excellent service and Mark's handling of the negotiations was thorough and he fought hard in our best interests.
