MD's Cooling and Heating, LLC

My home waranty assoc. selected them to come to my home to fix/correct my furnace function that another company attempted to do over a period of 5 visits and many hours of futility.Dave of MD Heating came out on schedule. He listened as I oriented him on furnace failure and work performed by (XX company). it tookd Dave approximately 20 minutes to diagnose and correct problem.. I was totally amazed .. I highly recommend MD Heating and Colling to anyone who takes the time to read this

Our heat pump went out after a big storm a couple of days ago. We found MD's through Kudzu, looked through the comments, and decided to give them a try.

Very glad we did. They are the best! Miguel was right on time, knew what the problem was, how to fix it, and got us up and running again quickly, courteously, and professionally. Excellent job and great prices!

Air was out when I returned from a Labor Day trip. Called Tues @ 7am, expecting a long wait and a big bill. Dave came in about 3 hours, gave me options that saved me money and inspected for any other problems. Fast service, reasonable bill, what more could I ask for? Extremely professional.

This will be the third time in two weeks that MD will be out to service my A/C - with breaks up to two days in between each service call. Obviously, the tech covering my area is not as qualified as the one others have used and can't seem to fix the unit properly. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and would not have used them in the first place if the warranty company had not referred them.

Our A/C went out a few months back and Dave came out within 2 hours to fix it. It just needed some cleaning, and he had it up and running within the hour! Very fast relief and great price.

Called around 8:00 this morning, they were here before noon. They checked the A/C unit, found the problem and fixed it. They are the most dependable, reliable and honest business I have ever done business with and saved us well over $1500.00. Thank you MD's you are the very, very, best. kcl/cml

My A/C was not blowing cold air. Of course it happened on a Sunday night. I did a google search and found MD's. Dave arrived to my house within fifteen minutes of my call at 9:00pm. No hassels no gimmmicks no after hours fee. Dave simply fixed the problem

I will definitely recommend his service to friends and family!

Miguel came over, within two hours of the call, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump. A quick review of the unit, a little freon and POOF! Heat. He also answered some other questions regarding another unit and all the while was very professional.

Our air went out on a Saturday night. My husband called about 6:30am Sunday, spoke to someone and they were out by 10:00. We were ready for a big bill, but Jeff found it was a relatively small part and had it fixed in no time. All for $160! He gave us tips and some information on keeping our unit it good working order. Professional, respectful and honest. Couldn't be more pleased or impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We found Miguel at MD's cooling when our neighbor had high recommendation. They are a very professional and with a heart company. My Mom, who lives next door, had an air-conditioner problem and they came even on a Sunday without any extra charges and found the problem put a work around till the part (the air handler had burned a control board) came in. They did extra cleanup on the condensed water cleanup which had clogged the pipe without charging extra. We are very happy to find an air conditioner repair company, who are very professional, honest, and very cordial to work with (Yes Sir!, if you ever meet Miguel you would know what I mean:-)Thanks, Raj
