I ordered a special order product in March and hadn't gotten in by September. They refused to refund my money, even though they wouldn't deliver the item. They never called me back and kept me up to date on the item. Finally, someone called me and was rude, not apologetic, and refused to cancel my order, even after 6 months of waiting. They still haven't delivered the item, and it's been 7 months. Bad bad bad customer service. Right now, I'm out over $400.
