MFS Academy is like no other facility I've ever experienced. It's unique programs and top trainers are amazing. Fadi has created something special that's geared not just for fitness but overall wellness. He and the academy have changed my life in so many ways, and I'm VERY greatful!

I have been training since I was 16 years old. Played two collegiate level sports. And have worked out with trainers everywhere from Venice Gold's to Equinox But within an hour with Fadi he had completely changed the way I approach my workouts. Fadi will not only put you through an amazing workout, but he is as knowledgable about your technique as he is about the science of building muscle. Whether you are just started out or looking to fine tune your workout - Fadi is the best. Period.

I started at MFS Academy a little over a month ago and had already seen amazing results in both my body and overall personal growth. MFS Academies concept of "Dream, Play, Be" really encompasses what its all about. My life has changed drastically in just this short amount of time thanks to Fadi, Basil and their services. Their Positive attitude and supportive feedback makes me happy to get up and start my day with them! I will forever recommend them and their services. Truly Life changing.
