Moved in last week and so far so good! I saw about four properties owned by MLC when I was searching and the one I chose fit my needs and wants the best. Meredith was very helpful and on point. The previous tenant was a smoker and it smelled like it. When I moved in, the place was as clean as it could be (for a place with "character") and no longer smelled of smoke...in fact, it smelled of fresh paint and fresh cleaning liquids (Pine Sol, Bleach...). That was very reassuring to me and took the cleaning off my To Do LIst for the move in day. I am very pleased about that! READ FULL REVIEW ON YELP.COM

I just moved to Atlanta for grad school and was looking for an affordable apartment in a convenient location. I stumbled across MLC and am so grateful. My unit is right next to Piedmont Park and the neighborhood surrounding my place is gorgeous. The price is reasonable and the maintenance staff repairs things within a day. I highly recommend MLC properties.

LOVE my place and MLC! I live in Midtown in one of their buildings near Piedmont Park and couldn't be happier. Before I moved to my current place, I lived in Buckhead, and was not a fan. All of the apartments are cookie cutter and super over priced for the amount of square footage. My MLC place is a GREAT price - especially for the location and space. I also love the rustic charm. The maintenance crew is also great, they always fix any issues I have the day of or next day, depending on the request. I've lived in 3 different apartments in Atlanta, and by far this one is the best. Thank you MLC!

MLC Properties has been my landlord for a number of years and I am very pleased with the accomodations and concern they provide. The neighborhood (Peachtree HIlls in my case, the neighborhood Ted Turner raised his children in) is one I could not afford if I owned. It is especially convenient to Marta, to shopping and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens is just two miles. A nice walk in the spring. At least where I live the sense of community is special, with nice folks and a wonderful resident management team.

I've lived in Midtown and Va_Higlands apartments for 3 years, in Midtown for 2 of those years, and this has been my favorite place. There are other great neighborhoods, for sure, but I like this area of town. MLC Properties had alot of choices and I am crazy about my apartment and the neighborhood. Bars & shops within walking distance, walk to the grocery store, walk to the gym, walk to the park, walk to get coffee...you get the idea. I would call it diverse, from the recreational, bar & dining options. JW

Your rent money is better spent elsewhere. They won't do a proper fix on my AC and as a result my apartment was an average of 85-90 degrees. They now ignore me and my maintenance requests as I am locked into the rental agreement. Rent elsewhere

I have lived in an MLC Properties apartment for almost a year and it has been awesome. I like to walk and am close to Piedmont Park, my dog and I can be at the park or the shops and restraunts in just minutes. My neighbors are cool & I will probably stay here until I buy something because I am saving a ton compared with a large complex with amenities I'd never use. Julie B.

MLC Properties is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Before I signed, they failed to mention that the building I lived in was infested with cockroaches. An exterminator came monthly, but I still found up to six large roaches a week and slept with a can of Raid at arm's length. The houses were old and run down, and the toilet clogged about twice a week. Emergency maintenance calls were never even returned. Don't be fooled by the professional website, don't rent with MLC.
