Outstanding!
I called them about my broken windshield at 10:30am on Friday the phone rep (Debra?) dealt directly with the insurance company, and by 1pm (the same day) they were at my work installing the new windshield.
Not only was the process easy, the work was excellent, and, to my surprise, the install tech (Jesse?) not only explained how to care for the new windshield, he even vacuumed my fronts seats!!!
Top notch service and quality. A+ rating in my book....

Review 2 below from Judysbook NOT US!
The review which shows on our page from judysbook.com is not ours but for Safelite!Can't get off our page! You only see the poor review and that's damaging enough, but that it is for Safelite is more terrible! Have tried w no success to get this removed.

Amazing service!!
My car window was broken during the night. I called my dealership who referred me to Mountainside Glass. When I called my insurance company I found out that Mountainside Glass was on their list too. They came out same day, during the time frame promised. Jesse was friendly and even allowed my boys to watch him work. He cleaned not only the window he replaced, but all the windows. He also vacuumed the whole car for me. I was amazed at the work he did, and how fast he completed it. Thank you!!!
