These guys run an honest shop, and they perform high quality work. I've been taking my bikes there for 5+ years. They routinely fix little things that I didn't even ask about. They diagram the valve adjustment specs on the back of the repair order. I prefer to work on my bikes myself, but when I don't have the time, I know the MSP mechanics will do it right.

I took my Triumph ST in due to an engine fault light. Seems the fuel sender is broken but to make sure it was OK to ride the next day (the weekend) MSP looked at it ASAP and it wasn't costly - plus they had to go and make a special trip to get their diagnostic tool back from loan at the local college where they help sponsor young mechanics. They even put some air in my tyres :-) Great service, great techs. Highly recommended.

These guys have been maintaining my street/track bike for years. I recent had the engine modified and the work was impeccable. They have proven themselves to me time after time over the years. The prices are also fair check them out for yourselves - ..Busa 101

I tried MSP on the advice of a friend-of-a-friend who happens to be an active track rider and MSF instructor. I am quite pleased with the quality of the work and Rod's taking time to patiently walk me through his diagnostic reasoning and procedure, by which I could tell he knew what to do and was not missing steps. It's a 30-mile ride for me, but I will be back.

Excellent and knowledgeable service shop. They're a busy shop, and all the guys that work there race, so they are often on the phone or helping other customers--all signs that they're a great shop. They don't stock much, but are dealers for Parts Unlimited and many other companies as well, so most parts and gear are only a few days away at most.

These guys are awesome, I'll never take my bike to a dealer again!! Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was actually able to talk to people who knew their stuff without the condescending attitude. The work was completed in a timely manner and for less than originally quoted, name another shop where that would happen!

I have an old bike, a 1979 Honda. It's a good bike, but it needs a little tightening up, new saddle etc. I went to MSP because I saw they had 1 good review and they were near my house. I drove my bike over, and went in. A guy named Brad was on the phone at the counter, didn't acknoledge my presence, and talked on the phone for another 15 minutes while I looked at the poor selection of accessories and 10 year old Hondas, careful not to step in the oil stains all over the floor. When he finally hung up, I explained my situation. Old bike, need a tune up, check the brakes etc. He said, "well that's a problem..." and walked outside to look at my bike. He then proceeds to tell me that they don't work on old bikes, because if you fix one thing another breaks and that my bike is a $600 bike "on a good day." I tell him I'm willing to put at least what I paid for into making a good bike, and he says yeah they only work on expensive bikes, and won't work on mine.

I started by taking my bike to these folks to have the tires replaced. After this I returned to have the brakes replaced. EVERY SINGLE TIME they were very friendly and communicated clearly all I needed to know. I am impressed with them and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
