The receptionist & the nurse asking patient patient history (preoperative assessment) in front of other patient (lobby). NO PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY. But overall they friendly & they squeeze my son in their busy schedule. Dr. Machado is great dentist but the staff needs to be trained regarding patient's confidentiality.

I have a mouth of problems and never been put to sleep before and he made it easy.. he explained everything to me and made me understand what was going on. a bit expensive, but I have learned that in this industry, you get what you pay for... don't go cheap, go Machado!!
