Good for diagnosis, terrible for treatment
I believe CRA is accurate for diagnosing problems, but treatment is another story, and where I feel Mary Jane falls short. For starters, she plugs VerVita products as the one-size-fits-all solution to healing (these are the products of Dr Versandall, creator of CRA, and for which Mary Jane is most likely getting a commission). Secondly, she comes from the school of more is better, so if 1 works well, take 5! - and prescribes very high doses. Obviously no one product will work for everyone, and high doses can be detrimental, as happened to me.Mary Jane first prescribed 4 VerVita products at high doses. The first week I felt great - which is why I trust CRA - but after that I felt miserably tired & drugged (I suspect my vegetarian body couldn't handle the animal product in the VerVita - more proof that VerVita isn't for everyone). She informed me my liver was backed up and sent a 4th product to take at 7/day! Well, just one capsule left me feeling extremely dizzy on top of drugged. She concluded I must have a gall bladder problem (please - wouldn't this have shown up on the original CRA scan??) then sent 3 more products confirming these were mild and I needed 3/day of each. Not surprisingly only one capsule left me feeling even worse, so much I could barely sit up. I explained to her that the doses were too high for me, and/or I wasn't reacting well to her products. To my astonishment, she became defensive and obstinate, insisting high doses of her products were the only thing I had to take to get well, even if I felt worse at first. Yeah, right - 8 products all to feel 10x worse than I startedI would have given a higher rating had she at least believed me and been flexible on treatment (and not so quick to write it off as a problem with my body, not with her products). If you decide to consult Mary Jane I suggest you only take the CRA diagnosis (which I do believe is accurate), then explore treatment options on your own. Don't rely on Mary Jane Mack for treatment, si
