Worst service, 9/09/2008

I took their credit card with credit limit of more than 5k, and after 6 months, guess what...my credit limit is reduced to mere 75$, and I have no clue about it! Also, they have 2 separate accounts... on 1 credit card (which they don't tell you unless you ask them), and often there is confusion, and there's a big chance that you might pay your credit balance to some other account, and then they make you pay all sorts of fine for it.

Macy's Furniture has Zero Customer Service, 9/04/2008

Macy's is only interested in taking your money and not delivering the furniture as promised and then not return phone calls. I ordered an entertainment center on June 19th and as of September 4th it... is still not delivered (the estimated delivery time frame was 4-6 weeks). In addition, I've contacted the salesperson as well as the furniture manager and though both have promised to call me back after they find out what is going on, neither have returned the phone calls. There are so many other furniture stores out there - save yourself the headache.
