I took my car in to see if the ripped leather in the driver seat could be repair. They were able to find a new original dealer seat cover to use, at half the price I expected. The work was done very... quickly, and on exactly the schedule they'd given me. The result was like new! Mad Stitchers did excellent work, were very pleasant to deal with, and I would recommend them very highly.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I called this place and left a message and never heard back from them. Hard to understand turning away business.

I was very, very impressed with these guys. I brought in an old company truck that had been hard at work for years-the seats were wrecked, the headliner was falling down....we hadn't washed it since 2003! I'm talking a real hard-working truck. I decided it was time to get it ready for another 3 or 4 years of back-breaking, mind-numbing tree work and brought it in to the Mad Stitcher for some new seats and a headliner. He did the work it no time flat, and washed the truck inside and out for free!! Now, the seats are put together right. You can just tell the quality by the look and feel of it. I think that these guys speacialize in restoring old vintage cars but throw an old work truck at em' and they'll do right by you!! Gotta love it. Their price is about 10-15% higher than some of the others but I think they make it up in the quality of the materials....I mean, as a tree worker I have no idea the difference between a cheap fabric and a durable one. I don't think that they skimp on the fabric, and that's very important. The last thing you want is to put all new seats and have them least for two years or something like that. You want it done RIGHT, you know?? (This truck is for working, remember?) This shop seems trustworthy to me. An employee of mine reccomended them and said that they redid a chair for him twenty years ago and it's still holding together. I hate people that throw stuff together all cheap and dirty. Anyway, I'm happy with the quality of Mad Stitcher

These guys did an interior overhaul on a vintage/classic motorhome for us. Using quality fabrics and their expertise the upholstery still looks great after almost 4 years, with the materials all holding up and still like new.I recommend them for any job auto, boat or otherwise.

This is a little gem of a shop that does a broad range of automotive upholstery services. John Dutton is the owner of this family run business and I have found him to be knowledgeable, dependable and honest. He has a good reputation with the hot rod set, which is a pretty demanding group. I have also seen him turn out some great Boat and Aircraft upholstery work.
