This one sucks!!!
Seems like almost all the people live here are smokers and love playing loud music, so if you don't like either one, you are better off stay clear. I am stuck right now because I have a rental contract with them and I don't want to break the lease and have to pay back the concession (yea, their concession was pretty attractive which lures you to sign the contract when you didn't know the truth) but after the contract is up, I am out of here, period.
