Magnolia Underdeck Finishing

I have a new "Super Screen" (withholds 800 lbs of pressure) porch and ceiling fan and just LOVE them. I would HIGHLY recommend Magnolia. The staff (Fran, Ray and George) are all very personable and great to work with, the installation was top notch, and Magnolia's prices are very reasonable (even my friends have commented that they thought I got great value for my money). I couldn't be happier with their work and my beautiful new porch. Thanks again Magnolia team!!!

Customer service is 6 star + Best value on this kind of product, quality install and outstanding after sales service. I was very pleased with the installation – a few minor cosmetic issues that probably wouldn’t bother most people which were resolved without question. The recent heavy rains revealed a few leaks which took a few service calls to fix. Turned out water was pooling on the deck (leaking gutters) and getting behind the siding and dripping out below the under deck – this was not a problem with the under deck but the guys fixed it anyway.

It’s obvious that making sure the customer is happy is priority one for Magnolia Underdeck – very pleased and highly recommended – Thank You.

We were recommended to Magnolia by another contractor who could not do the job right away. From our first impression of their showroom and demonstration by Betty and Fran, this was the company my husband and I wanted to work with.

Ray came to our home the next day and after his outstanding presentation, without any hesitation, we signed the agreement to go ahead with the job. Ray was able to accommodate us within a few days. The underdecking is now complete as of 19th October, we are delighted with the quality of the work performed by Leo and Heath. The look is clean and classic and price is very reasonable. We are looking forward to working with them when we are ready to screen our deck.

I would highly recommend Magnolia to anyone needing a superior quality underdeck ceiling. The best of the best!!!

Just worked with Magnolia to have an underdeck system installed for a lower deck. It was a great experience from initial estimate to finished job. The installation team did a great job and high quality work. I picked this system over others because you can easily remove a panel if necessary. Looks great and no signs of leaking after the first big rain. Very happy and glad I selected this company for my business.
