They are not kidding!
The management are serious about quality of service and customer satisfaction. Price is not the cheapest but very reasonable for a maid service company. I have tried many others but can never find the right company that will attend to my needs. I am particular in details though. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly & quality service.

Loved it!
My husband has a disability and we have our house cleaned every week now. There have been times we had to have it done on a very short notice (a few hours!) They have always been able to get it done on time! Price? Not bad! Check them out you will love it!

Friendly, responsive owner- poor quality cleaning
I recently hired Maid 4 Us to clean a moderately large house. The owner was very friendly and courteous and set up a date- I selected the 2nd most expensive package they offer, a "Hurricane" cleaning, to really dig into the details and clean baseboards, floors, heavy dusting, etc.

I could fill this review with details, but the bottom line is that after two attempts, the crew still did not clean the house to an acceptable level. Walking in the front door, I could immediately see dust on the floor. Cobwebs can be found easily in almost every room. The kitchen floor still has some food debris stuck to it. And the exact baseboards and steps I pointed out on their second visit were barely touched- the steps still covered in dust, the baseboards still littered with dust as well.

I can understand if a job is bigger than expected, and in that case I'd expect some communication up front. "We expected to require X hours, but we need Y more hours to complete the task to our standards." But while the owner has been quite friendly, the crew's quality level is extremely unacceptable and unsatisfactory.

I can only hope the owner is able to acquire or retrain staff to her desired level of skill- since her outstanding past reviews are what drew me to hire this service in the first place. But at least as of now, those standards have slipped a great deal, and I can't possibly recommend this service based on their performance here.

The client is absolutely correct. The crew didn't do a good job, period. That particular team didn't get [remotely] close to the levels of quality I promise to my clients and therefore the client was never charged for the service. When I spoke to the client, he was given the option to have the job redone or to get his money back. Even though he has opted for having the job redone and the same crew was sent to his place at absolutely no cost to him whatsoever, he was still not happy with the service. We didn't offered excuses or a PARTIAL refund. Without questions asked, I offered my deepest apologies and never charged for the service... Regardless of how many clients I try to visit on a daily basis, it is virtually impossible for me to personally inspect every single job. When I have an unhappy client – which is seldom, but we are not immune to problems - our clients are NEVER charged. Not even a penny. So at the very minimum they get “something” done for free. Once again, I am beyond picky in regards the quality I offer to my clients. Situations like these are rare, but dealt with the utmost respect for my client's satisfaction. Fortunately, we have performed more than 1200 cleanings, and from all of those, only 12 delivered results below the quality levels we promised. In absolutely none of those 12 cases a client was charged one single penny. I take it very personally when one of my client's isn't happy and trust me, I move mountains to prevent that same crew to make the same mistake twice :0)

Just until September 1st!... :0) We are [fortunately] growing much faster than we are able to hire qualified staff. Because my first priority has always been and will always be the QUALITY of the service we provide, I spend a great deal of time and resources on hiring and training the caliber of people my clients will be impressed by. Such processes take time and a lot of effort, and that is the reason why we don't stretch ourselves beyond our current capacity. Fortunately, 10 new crew members are in training right now, so our expectation is that at least 6 new girls will join our team within the next couple of weeks! Very impressed!
The crew is still here for my first cleaning with Maid4Us. They arrived right on time, and although they're not done yet, they're going very strong. I can tell from walking around that they are doing an awesome job. I will be very happy to use them again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Very glad I stumbled on them (via their reviews here actually)
