Maid Brigade

Took three girls to clean down stairs and looked the same when they left. Plus the girls didn't even speak English and no one to translate. Called the office to get them to come back and they wanted me to pay for another service even when I explained that to them. Worst service worst company. I don't recommend them at all. If you want a headache then this is the right cleaning service for you.

Maid Brigade has some bad reviews but my experience with Nadja and Lucia was nothing but good. They are on time and do a spotless job. They are also nice to my Yorkie. Ask for them!

THE WORST!! Very expensive and these people don't clean - they move dirt around and hide it. It is so obvious and when you point it out to them, they shrug their shoulders and leave. They have a "guarantee" which they ignore and it's useless trying to talk to anyone in their office. They want you to pay for a 2nd service, so they can complete the 1st service they didn't do! I wish I had investigated them better before calling them.

Initially I wrote a good review here. It didn't take long for things to go bad. Every visit they’d forget to dust several different places. They also just vacuumed the floors and used a dampened dust mop to clean. Our floors looked worse and worse as time went on because dirt piled up around where floor meets walls. A black ring formed around the floors, yuck. Many times they’d forget to clean the master bath's toilet so mold would start growing in between visits leaving me to clean them each week. One team in particular did a horrible job each time. I’d be promised they wouldn't come again but in a short time frame they were back again. I haven't had time to look for another company so each time let things slide but today was the clincher. My home flooded in July. We were forced to move out for two months. All flooring was replaced, all walls painted, etc. Furniture etc moved out. When it all came back in all furniture was cleaned as well as floors, windows, etc by the restoration crew. I called Maid Brigade to start again. Wednesday they came with the crew I've asked not to come. Again my toilet wasn't cleaned, the floors in the kitchen and dining weren't cleaned properly they had debris everywhere, there was one room they didn't have to clean because it hasn't been unpacked yet. My credit card showed $62 UNDISCLOSED more than it should be. I called Tonya, it's because there was a service lapse. Pretty much a new house not that well cleaned..They're fired!

This is rebuttal to customer stating that $4000 worth of jewelry was stolen. I responded to the customer’s issue immediately, even spent $500 in a Polygraph Exam that was submitted by someone that worked and was trained from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which cleared the two employees. Furthermore, the detective over the case in Henry County stated that the customer had a party shortly before we were charged with the theft. So, the detective cleared the employees and someone that I hired who previously worked from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation cleared the employees. I responded immediately and the case was dismissed and my employees cleared. We do require all employees to take Polygraphs if a theft claim has been filed against us and I encourage all customers to file with their local police department. I have not had another claim in 2 years. Also, the customer emailed all of my customer's telling her story of theft and thank God all of my customers trusted us and was confident in myself to handle any issues as I have done the past three years. Not one customer that was emailed cancelled service with us and many of them we still have presently. I respond immediately to all issues that arise if any.
