These guys were great. I had them clean a vacant rental property for me and they did a really good job!

We had been using this service for at least 2 years and the last cleaning was a terrible. When I brought this up to Ruthe she sent the standard "we want you to be satisfied" email & asked me to email her with specific issues. Which I did. I never heard back from her. After sending another email asking her to refund us for the last cleaning and that we wouldn't be using their services anymore, she cashed the checks and never bothered responding. No integrity, no respect for the client. Don't use them!!
Update: After several emails, I finally dealt with Bob the owner. After outlining the reasons I felt this way & detailed how non-responsive Ruthe had been, he refunded me for the last cleaning. I was offered a free cleaning, but I cancelled their service.

I'm really picky when it comes to hiring a cleaning company, but since I've been pregnant I haven't been able to get down and dirty & cleanbut I used Maid Brigade and was so happy with the job they did. Everything is clean and sparkles! Thanks so much :)...

We've used this service a few times, and their quality is OK at best, depending on the team that is assigned to clean that day. Unfortunately, they've left me to wait in my home and blown the arrival estimates a couple occasions and recently they missed 3 back to back times when the owner said they would arrive only to no-show and leave us hanging the day before a big event in our home. To add insult to injury the owner laughed at my wife when she expressed her frustrations. That's customer service at it's finest. It was this extra courtesy that earned the negative public review.‎

Maid Brigade is always on time, fast, and they do a great job. We always receive a courtesy call the night before and we love Maid Brigade.
