I have used M&B for over 4 years. Their service has always been top notch. I ship at leat 4-5x per week. They always give me options and even suggestions to save $$. They are family owned and operated. If they made any mistakes in the past like the last poster states. I'm sure it was an oversite. Debbie F

Used them for alot of my businesses shipping needs. Yesterday I shipped a package for overnight delivery and was told it would be there. Appearantly, FedEx had changed their policies and no longer leave packages on apartment doorways. I knew recipient wouldn't be there to receive during the day, but no one said anything about the FedEx policy. So they took my money, FedEx wouldn't leave the package and now my client is unhappy with me. If someone had said something when I gave them the apartment number I could have managed my customer's expectations. Shame on Mail and Business for not speaking up and not doing the right thing when I called to follow up.
