The studio is run by Lynda Gill who is a certified Iyangar Instructor with many years of experience. Both Lynda and Laura are compassionate inspiring teachers. Great at both adapting poses for limitations and challenging you to expand your practice. Even more experienced practitioners should begin with a Level 1 class, to understand the studio proticals. Been other places but always come back to this studio!

I have been doing yoga off and on for many years. It is hard to find an experienced teacher. Both Lynda and Laura are certified Iyengar instructors; Lynda at a higher level. Part of the study of yoga is to achieve a higher level of spiritual awareness and respect for that spirit in others. Laura seeks to recognize and achieve that.

I have to agree with these postings. I've been trying to find good yoga studios around town and tried this one and was shocked at how awful the teacher was to her students. It is a well equipped space but not so friendly. Sorry, but be nicer to the students please.
