Majestic Plumbing

I recently had severe hot water heater problems. I called Majestic Plumbing and they provided prompt, professional service. It turns out I also needed an electrician and they provided this service as well. Therefore, saving me both time and money. Joseph, Charles, Derek, Shane,Jacob, and Wes made sure I received quality service and was not without hot water for long. Would highly reccomend this company for plumbing and electrical needs!

The only time you need a plumber is, well, when you need a plumber. What an unpleasant first Monday of the new year when I found water leaking through a crack in the basement. Went to Kudzu, looked for good ratings and called Majestic. Kudos on a real person who answered the phone at 7 a.m. Kudos again on them staying in touch with us and letting us know that their service guy couldn't be here until later than originally promised. Diagnosis was that he had to fix a 15-year-old job that had been "guaranteed for life." Took him all day to fix the problem, but he carefully explained everything and we were good to go. Good job, highly recommend.

Very pleased with the swiftness of service. Had called another plumber and after 2.5 hours of waiting for them to just tell me if they could get someone out to help, I'd had enough. I called Majestic and they were able to tell me immediately that they had someone to send. They got to my house within 30 minutes. Wow! Wes was the serviceman who saved the day! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would welcome these guys into my home anytime!

I got a few quotes on replacing all the pipes in my older house. Majestic gave the best estimate and stuck to it. Very friendly service and very knowledgeable, particularly with grey water systems. These guys do great work and I will be using them again. Prompt responses to emergencies and don't price gouge. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and workmanship.

I needed some valve work done in my home. I contacted Majestic for an estimate. Charles from Majestic was on time, professional and handled the job in a timely fashion. When a minor incident came to light a few days later, Majestic dispatched Charles again, at no charge, to help me deal with the issue. Very impressed with this company!
