Ripped my dress shirt! One of my dozen odd dress shirts cleaned here had a 6 inch vertical rip on the front. When i discovered it, i went back and they flatly denied it and said that at best they could refund the $1.25 charged to clean it!!! They are not getting my business anymore.

I've used these folks for a while. the most important thing to mention is that they are really geared towards high-volume dry cleaning. so, if you are the type to have all of your clothes dry cleaned then look no further. if, on the other hand, you want a place to bring your find garments such as suit, overcoats, dresses, etc. then you should look elsewhere.

My strapless ivory wedding dress had 2 paper clips placed at the top to attach it to a hanger. Now I have 2 hole where the paper clips were. The dresss is wrinkled in spots and dosen't look dry cleaned.

They've always had my clothes ready when they said they would, and have never messed anything up. Great attitude, too; it's a pleasure dealing with them. Ask for a regular-customer bag so you can drop things off outside normal hours.
