I contacted your company starting Friday-Sunday (Sept.18-20). Your ad states that your company hours include the weekends. I called and left several messages. The message on the answer machine states that your phone call will be returned within 30 minutes. I have yet to receive a phone call. If your business does not follow your protocol then why list that you offer services during those hours. I would not recommend your business to anyone.

Based upon the kudzu ratings for this merchant, I contacted them a day before Thanksgiving because the 1 year old convection oven from Sears along with my service plan had broken. Sears couldn't respond for over a week, so I called Marco and they fixed it the same day when I called. We are thankful for Marco this Thanksgiving!

I have used Fiodor twice now- once for a non-working burner on my stove and again for a fridge that always seems to have a problem. When I call for appliance repairs, I always expect to get some $500 quote and no sense that the person knows what they are doing. But with Fiodor, the quote is always reasonable and he tells me exactly what is wrong. Both times he's been able to fix it on the spot. He is also unfailingly polite and considerate. I will call him any time I need further appliance repair.

I called Major Appliance repair and was able to get a repair person to come out the next day. Fiodor was the technician who showed up at our door on time and equipped to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He told me exactly what was wrong, told me the price of the repair and how long it would take to fix it. He then fixed the problem and then gave me a 1 year parts and labor warranty I was very impressed with their service.

I was happy to find MARCO on Kudzu with their great reviews. Technician is knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and pricing is affordable. Technician was able to come out the same day I called and fixed my washer quickly.

After the repair person came twice and did not fixed my appliance, I called GE repair and they fixed the problem immidietly. GE's price for the repair was also 2.5 times less!!!!! This company charged me an astronomical price and did not even fix my appliance. Beware!

We had two repairs in the span of 2 weeks. On both occasions, we received same day service. The service was fairly priced and explained properly. Parts were on truck so no coming back as with other service providers. We will use Marco again if needed.

This guy gave an estimate, really expensive, and even charged $49! I called around and got another company, they came for two times less and told me that it was not a problem.

Fiodor arrived at our home within an hour from the time I called. Our washing machine had stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it in 30 mins at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Major Appliance & Repair Company.

Called for an appt. at 2pm to get my fridge checked ( water was leaking )and Fiodor showed up about an hour later. Fast service! Charged for small repair, no parts needed, just cleaned the drain out, which was $85 and took about 30 minutes. Not the cheapest but you do pay for quick service and the problem seems to be fixed. It was a clogged drain so I guess I will soon know if it comes back. They do have a 30 day warranty on labor so I have some coverage there if needed. Overall would say the experience was good!

The technician arrived at my house at the designated time, was very courteous and polite (by the way, I called Sunday evening and he was there Monday morning). He had called earlier to touch base and make sure he knew where I was located. He began promptly on the repair, asking questions and carefully removing items from my refrigerator. Once he identified the problem, he showed me the sensor that needed to be replaced; he also gave me some advice on parts that were still in good shape. I found him to be honest, straightforward, considerate, and efficient. The repair cost was very competitive. He did a great job and the refrigerator works great!! Highly recommended! Thanks

Our gas range KitchenAid oven recently stopped working (whereby the top burners still worked fine) yesterday (Saturday). Pros: ~ Returned my call within 1-2 hours ~ Showed up at our house in E. Cobb 30min later ~ Quickly diagnosed the problem ~ Had the defective part (ignitor) on hand and replaced it on the spot ~ Entire process took only 1.5-2 hours Cons: ~ Was a little more expensive than expected ($175), whereby the part is showing online for app. $70 (still better than replacing the gas range)

We understand that, 174$ for this repair, it may by little more that you expected from us, but this is average price for this kind repairs + - 10-15$ (it depend from the brand and part price), 70$ for part, 100$ for installations and other fees.
We just don't understand why you put incorrect information in your review; we called you back within 35 minutes, not 1-2 hours; our technician was at your house within 15 minutes after we schedule appointment (because his previous repair, was 1.6 mile from you, plus we take 1 hour window), there is no way he late; and it took maximum 45-55 minute to fix your problem.
We don't now reason why you put incorrect information, but we apologize, you not completely satisfied with our service.

After Hadco told me they couldn't get a repairman out for a week I called M.A.R. Co. and they were out the same morning. Fiodor was polite and efficient and my oven was back and running in less than an hour.
