Major Service is the best. Went to one of the corporate repair shops and they tried to tell me my daughter's 97 Infiniti needed over $3000 in repairs. Mike and Linda got us back on the road for less than $400. Great to have someone who tells you the truth and what really needs done to your car. Thank you!

Looking for someone to service your car whose honest dependable and not going to try and sell you stuff you don't need? These guys are great. I moved to the Kennesaw area recently and needed to find someone to service my car. These guys will now be my regular auto service repair shop! Thanks!

I had some emission problems on my Nissan Maxima and Mike's shop fixed me right up! Mike will tell you exactly what's going on with your auto repair and won't pull any punches or try to do any unnecessary repairs. His shop is clean and they do quality work. I will continue to bring my cars there for any future repairs.

The other day, a protective cover was dragging from the bottom of my truck. I had no choice but to go to Mike because I didn't have my tools with me and the truck needed to be lifted up to reach the cover. Mike took me in with no notice, removed the cover and charged me nothing for his time. While this may seem small, I have been to other shops that have charged for less. I have been to Mike before with three different vehicles, and will definitely continue to patronize him. He provides honest service at a fair price. Do yourself a favor and check him out.

Major is wonderful...Mike and the guys are great, fair, honest, honest, honest. working in the insurance industry, I've dealt with my share of shady characters.. Major is NOT one of them. It is the only place I would take any of my cars, my daughters cars, and costantly reccomend them to anybody who will listen.GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...

We have taken our Mini-Van to Mike for repairs for a couple of years, after being referred by a co-worker. I have never felt that they were 'adding-on' repairs that weren't absolutely necessary, and this is even after dropping over $1500 on the last repair. They have always fixed the problem in a reasonable time, and always deliver service with a smile. Major Service Center may not be the cheapest in town, but they are definately the best.

Took my car in with engine acceleration problems. They looked at it for 3 hours and could not diagnose the problem any further until I got my transmission looked at. They charged me for 3 hours of labor and referred me to a transmission shop. I went to another trusted transmission place who drove the car with me and right away said it was not transmission. Referred me to another shop and did not charge me. Went to that shop, they diagnosed and determined it was the catalytic converter. They did not do repairs on that part, and I was referred to a place that did, and I was not charged for the time it took them to diagnose my problem. Dissapointed that they charged me the same amount of money to mis-diagnose my vehicle as it did to have my catalytic converter replaced. I will go back to the places that did not charge me and led me in the right direction before I go back here.

The fact that we are human and occasionly make mistakes apperently did not make a difference to this person, first he was not charged full labor rate to look at this car,we knock off 50%,second,had he came back to confront me with his displeasure,I would have made it right for him by either refunding his money in full or went back over it for free and repaired it for only parts cost,so the moral to this, think before you jump on that keyboard
I had my oil changed there and Mike personally did it. He did a very thorough check of my car and was very honest about what else he found wrong. His estimate for repairs was reasonable. I will definitely use him for future repairs.

Recently my Crown Victoria developed a problem. After taking it to a local repair shop, they said I would need a completly new engine. Took it to Major Service and they fixed the problem which was only a timing chain needing replaced. Mike and his employees are very friendly and keep you up to date on any repair. They saved me over 3,000.00. I highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs.

I took my wife's Isuzu Rodeo in to have it looked at due to electrical problems. They towed the vehicle from my residence on a late afternoon to their shop. They had an answer for me the next day before lunch along with EXACTLY how much the cost would be. Since it was a Friday, they were honest and told me the couldn't get the part in time to have it finished on Friday. So, they said it would be finished Monday. And it was. My bill was $500;other places including the dealer had quoted $1000 or more. I can't recommend them enough and will use them in the future.

We have taken our van to 'Major' on two occasions and have been very pleased with the service and prices. They have saved us lots of money compared to other service centers who overcharge and find things to fix which are not broken. I think we have finally found an honest service center who does a great job as promised without ripping off the customer. I highly suggest you give them a try.
