Malow, chosen by plaintiff in case I am a defendant on, gave the appearance that she personally knew the plaintiff therefore breaking the trust and confidence of her oath in that position. Ms. Malow was contacted by plaintiff and upon my speaking with her to find out whether or not to arbitrate with her. Ms. Malow upon questioning, appeared to know the plaintiff when she said, "Oh, we don't know each other. Do we Brian?" Well within that conversation, plaintiff had only been referred to by his Mr. and his last name. This caused me to decline using her services and puts serious doubt as to her ethics. Use at your own discretion.
