I purchased my first AmazonLocal deal in the fall for a carpet cleaning, and have called for months trying to schedule.. No answer, no return call. Very unprofessional. I ended up having to contact Amazon to have my money refunded. The company responded below to my review, and I am sad to see the continued lack of professionalism. I attempted my last contact after months today several times and could actually produce phone records of the numerous calls and voicemails. I decided this week to start to call every couple of hours to see if I could catch someone, but no. My review is not a bash. It is a clear review of the lack of responsiveness of your company. A more respectable response would have been to say we'd like to attempt to rectify the situation. The fact that you chose not to do that speaks volumes to customers who are looking for good service. Ultimately you were given a chance to perform, and you did not rise to the occasion. Have a good day.

"Patience is a virtue" and it is obvious this person has none. You called according to our records at 4:49pm today. You left a message, yes we have voice mail for rollover when we have a high call volume. Your comment about trying to get scheduled for months is a blatant lie and false. On another note, in case you cant read, this is kudzu not an open forum for bashing companies especially when you purchased through Amazon. I am glad you are not a customer and please in the future call another company, we have hundreds of delighted and happy customers but there is always one that is never pleased, even when we never were given a chance to perform. One more thing, since you updated your response we will update ours, the fact that we chose not to rectify anything is the fact there was nothing to rectify, we are in business to provide cheerful and dedicated service to our customers, not to deal with you is our choice after and only after you have left us a false review. I used this service first time just because of their special. I had some small stain spots on my carpet those had never been removed with previous services and I only need to use my carpet one more year before replace the entire carpet. Therefore service and quality was not a big deal for me and I also know how carpet specials work. I am so glad how much wrong I was. 1 - I have to get my carpet cleaning scheduled three weeks out because It had to be on Saturday and there is nothing earlier then that. A week after I got a courtesy call from them to let me know they have an opening for the coming Saturday. I was impressed with their customer service. A business that really try to accommodate their customer's needs 2 - Service person showed up on time and surprisingly he didn't bother us to sell additional services such as pet package even though our golden was welcome him first. 3 - We were sure about this will be our last carpet cleaning on the same carpet. We were wrong, all the carpets that has gotten cleaned up now spot and stain free. I don't have any reason to replace my carpet now. Those carpets cleaned several times by different service providers and the stains was faded out but were never removed. I wouldn't right a review either a business did an exceptional job or a disappointing job. Average jobs/services, you can find them easily everywhere. If you look for a perfect carpet cleaning and experience a honest business, I strongly recommend Management Solutions

As for the "spot" I went up to assist moving - he said he did already (bed ON ROLLERS). "You stated in an email to us that "the cat puke was under the bed". But yet in the review you claim you moved the furniture." -Daughter went up to look, pushed the bed out of the way (it had been moved to middle of room); didn't go around the bed to look; so the spot wasn't noticed at that time. I went up to assist moving to reclean, there it was.- "On another note we viewed your other reviews, it looks as though you had Oxymagic out to your house on 9-6-11" -My review to Oxyclean was from earlier this year. I failed to leave feedback. Feel free to check with them.- "I think this is a case of your carpet and living conditions haveing more to do with your troubles than the company or the technicians cleaning your carpet," -My carpet/home is WELL maintained (your technician acknowledged this). I clean my carpets every 6 mos; will be delighted to provide picture proof to all. Trying to push the blame on me for a bad carpet cleaning; my daughter was right; she said it didn't look cleaned at all.

If we had been contacted within a reasonable amount of time we would have been more than happy to rectify any concerns.On another note we viewed your other reviews, it looks as though you had Oxymagic out to your house on 9-6-11 and then had our company out to your house on 9-23-11 and now you have another carpet cleaning company to your house on 10-15-11, strange, since we employ and use the same methods, equipment and cleaning technology as Oxymagic. I think this is a case of your carpet and living conditions haveing more to do with your troubles than the company or the technicians cleaning your carpet, that is 3 different companies you have used in the last...39 days. In this industry we tend to err on the side of Occam's Razor, simpley, "the simplest explanation is most likely the correct one", and in this case using 3 companies that quickly over and over probably means there is more to the problems than posted. We pride ourselves on great workmanship and quality for our clients.
Prepaid using Kudzu deal. Scheduled service and service guy never shows up! First, I waited 30 mins before service guy calls and says he could not find the place. I said, yes, I know since I see you driving back and forth. I give instructions on where my townhouse is located. He says he cannot parallel park. I said, you can park in the private driveway in the back with garage. He said, okay, I'll come back. And he never does. I called multiple times and he does not accept my call. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for this guy and he never shows. Definitely would not recommend this company for any service. Please refund my money. Followup: Is this a joke? I've lived in my place for 8 years. I think I know it's a townhouse and not an apartment. There is private driveway in the back as I was trying to tell your tech on the phone. And a garage! Clearly the guy needs a new GPS and to listen to people when they are trying to help him find the service location. I would give you -10 stars if I could. Thanks for the customer no service! Followup #2: Wait a minute, one second you are telling me where I live or don't live and now you change your response to say that you cannot find my ticket? Pretty sad customer service. All you really needed to say was I'm sorry, which doesn't seem to be in your vocabulary.

I think you must have us confused with another company. I am the dispatcher and office manager and I can locate no such service ticket as you are describing for a town home. Please contact our office Monday through Friday during normal business hours so we may take care of this for you.
I used Management Solutions this week, and I was super impressed! This company showed great professionalism over the phone, and in person. The technician was very thorough. He didn't even hint at adding additional fees for extra soiled areas. The cost was exactly as described in the online special. Nothing more, but great service. I have already recommended this company to family and friends, and will definitely use them in the future.

I just used Management Solutions for their 5 room deal. The carpet techs were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. My carpets turned out really well! Nice and clean and dried really fast. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired Management Solutions to clean my 5 bedrooms and 1 hallway. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. All spots were removed and they were even able to remove an old red stain from a sports drink. I have 2 cats so I had some urine and pet odor as well, they took care of it all. My carpets are now clean, smell great and it only took about an hour to dry, Im a happy camper and recommend this team to anyone wanting an honest company to clean their carpets. They also gave me a free bottle of carpet spotter and shoe covers to wear till the end of the day to avoid soiling the freshly cleaned carpet and also a coffee mug, nice dealing with these guys.
