Larry and his team recently fixed a problem on an emergency basis recently. His team is great -- they promptly came out (on time) and have some trouble shooting they got it diagnosed (and we were very happy as it was one of the coldest days of the year so far). Parts are never cheap (our unit is 10 years old) but Larry's firm takes care of our equipment so that they rarely break. JD

After using Manente for 13 years, I was suspicious of yet another major repair! After 5 minutes of looking at the furnace, Jim determined we needed a new circuit board and motor for a cost of $1000. He suggested a new furnace for $2500. After a few calls I found the same furnace for $1525-$1900. Getting another opinion I found out that the problem was an easy $96.00 fix. Needless to say, I will never use Manente again.

I had some major things go wrong with my two A/C units within a span of 2 monhts last year and, although they can be a little gruff, they are really service-oriented and bend over backward to accommodate your schedule. They clearly know what they are doing and I don't feel they are overcharging me for parts or services - some repairs are just expensive no matter how you slice it. I know I can depend on them.

I have used Larry Manente's company for at least 10 year to do the semi-annual servicing of my HVAC system. I also purchased a new system from him a few years ago. The service has always been excellent; they will schedule Saturday visits, show up when promised and thoroughly answer questions.
