As an investor I appreciated Maria's familiarity with the area of our interest, the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro Area. She answered our questions regarding the different options we had with short sales, auction, foreclosures, etc. Her guidance through the purchase process was a real time saver. Maria is quick to return phone calls and respond to communications from the Seller. We also appreciated her assistance in requesting repairs pinpointed by the inspection report which saved us expense. Maria Hass is very professional and a very diligent realtor. She knows what she is doing and is very reliable.

Maria is such a wonderful professional to work with. Simply said, she does not just talk the talk, but always walks the talk. We did not have much faith when we initially started the short sale process of our house. As everyone knows, this is the worst house market ever that we have seen in the past few decades.
