I was really disappointed. The support staff was unfriendly, unaccommodating and rude (the 3 people I dealt with). When I told the nurse I wanted a skin cancer screening, she cut me off and told me that "that was it" - I couldn't ask anything else of the Dr. (The skin cancer screening took 10 min. tops.) Dr. Raman himself was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I only wish he worked in a different office so I could go back and see him.

Our practice is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to all of our patients. We pride ourselves on beig the best and most patient-friendly dermatologic practice. Our staff is trained to treat all patients as they would their own family members. The treatment you describe is not in keeping with our policy. Whenever you have such problems, please notify the physician, or ask for the office manager before leaving the office. We cannot fix problems of this sort unless we are aware of them and have the opportunity to make it right. Sometimes a misunderstanding occurs and we want the opportunity to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Great, caring staff. They treat you with respect and understand any concerns you may have. The doctors really take the time to address any questions, and I don't mind waiting past my appointment time because I know I will get the same care once I am seen.
