Dr Toral was awesome! When you go to the dentist the details really matter. You want it done right because you have to live with that mouth of yours every day. She paid attention to every little thing to get it exactly right.

I was lucky in that I was in a great deal of pain and got same day service on a root canal procedure. I HIGHLY recommend them and will tell my friends, family and co-workers about them.

When I called, I spoke with a woman named Anna who answered ALL of my questions. What a difference!! No evasive answers.just good, straightforward information. They've got a customer for life!...

I have had 2 visits over the past 7 months with Dr. Toral. It was easy to get an appointment over the phone and I have not had to wait even a minute past my appointment time. My previous dentist (a local dental chain) kept on pushing unnecessary pricey procedures that they said were covered by my insurance, but they were not. Family Dental Center cares about your teeth and not your wallet, and they only seem to give you treatments that are medically necessary. Dr. Toral is a very gentle, skilled, and patient dentist, and the receptionist and the dental assistant that I have had contact with have all been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

First let me say, I have been a patient at this office for some time now. I actually came on this site to write a wonderful review and saw the last posting from someone who has titled themselves lolia. I am totally surprised anyone could make themselves write such awful things about a practice that is so wonderful and who have an entire office of people including the receptionist,that makes it that way. I have always been highly respected by everyone at this practice. Anna, the receptionist is beyond pleasant, and has always gone out of her way to assist me from simply scheduling appts, to helping me understand my very own insurance and my accounts before I even have anything done. So FYI to anyone considering this practice for your dental care. Call yourself, you will be pleasantly surprised by just how much they do for their patients and how wonderful the ENTIRE STAFF really is..especially the receptionist !!...

the receptionist ,anna, or what ever her name is ,also along with a few others have very poor costomer service skills.i called over three ,four times and get hung up on, put on hold for a long time then forgotten about.not to mention when they pick up , there's nothing but attitude.It really isn't good for the dentist have have those women as receptionists cause i've been treated very rudely and is gonna take my money else where.i will also tells my c-workers about this cause we're all specific about where we take our children to see an dentist, we would hate for our kids and ,of course,ourselves to get bad service.i can't trust ths place. the dentist may not be as bad but the people the dentist have working definitly set the tone and will stop biss. before we even sign in.thanks for nothin.

Did not want to come to the dentist, but had to due to a toothache. My great experience started with my first call to this office. The receptionist not only took the time to answer all of my questions, she explained to me what I could expect when I came through the door. Her helpful information and calm confidence reassured me, I picked the right place. She was right !! Dr. Toral was the best. Her chairside manner was wonderful. She was very gentle and truly concerned about what I was dealing with. No need to look any further. I am a patient for life !!!!
