i'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, I declined to do the genetic testing but they still went ahead and did it. i received the bill from labcorp and the nurse manager at Marietta ob-gyn promised to take care of that. it's been over 3 months and she hasn't still worked on the bill. Now the bill has been sent to collections and when i told the nurse manager, she rather told me to call labcorp and tell they that the bill is inaccurate, I'm really disappointed with the way they handle things. i will let my lawyer get involve as soon as possible

My experience with Marietta OB/Gyn was awful. I came to the practice a week before I found out I was pregnant . Each visit I met a new provider - I kept having to say no, I'm new here it's nice to meet you. It was so obviously fake and RUSHED every time. It was as if they expected me not to see a doctor every visit. During first "Official" OB visit, I met a completely incompetent woman Michelle. Prepaid deductible required. 3 co-pays already charged while I had already been seen, so I asked Michelle to call my insurance to confirm that my plan covered prenatal care at 100%. She called, confirmed, but she kept telling me that it would all be settled at the end after I deliver and couldn't answer any ?s abt what I would owe. Saw Elizabeth Tagechian & complained of headaches. She referred me to a Neuro, I said I didn't need a specialist for headaches. Her response "Of course you do, what if you have a tumor?" I'm not going to be scared or bullied by a doctor. After an awful f/up visit with Vonda Klein, I left the practice. I followed steps for the deductible refund. My care was filed as OFFICE VISITS not PRENATAL, so they collected copays for all of those visits. When I f/up was told my care was not prenatal bc I did not deliver with them. Do not go to this practice all they want is your money.

I don't think I can say what I need to in 100 words... talked about other patients in front of me, recommended I get on Medicaid when I have Blue Cross Blue Shield, wouldn't let me pay a full payment and insisted that I need to be on a payment plan (I would rather pay 500 now than 100 over 5 months). I could smell the smoke on the nurse practitioner, and they told me I need to be the one that keeps up with my files and what needs to be done during my scheduled appointments because they don't want me missing any blood work because "there's drama in the office." When I called to complain, the front desk couldn't care less. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and should be able to experience a stress free doctors appointment. UPDATE: I've received numerous calls from the office and each time I tell them I'm not coming back due to a bad experience, not one person asked what happened or offered any empathy at all. Please don't waste your time.

I see Dr.Alarcon and he delivered my baby 2 yrs ago. He is GREAT, I never feel rushed and always answer's my questions and concerns. I had a c-section and he made sure I wouldn't have an ugly big scar. As for the wait times, I think the longest I ever had to wait was 20 mins, not to bad.

I will admit first off that I purposely make my appointments for the end of the day so that I don't have to worry about needing to get back to work after my appointment. Therefore, I expect that the doctors will be a bit behind by the end of the day. However, I do end up routinely having to wait an hour or more past my appointment time to get in to see the doctor. The doctor is nice enough, but I find it a bit distracting that she says "OK?" a lot.

This office makes you meet with financial people BEFORE you ever see a doc. You even make the appointments on seperate days to see the financial people. Then...when you do get in, it's like hearding cattle - I was surprised I got my own room! The worst yet, we had slight complications with a pregnancy, due to a maternal blood disorder that they had not heard of. My new OBGYN tested me for it on the 1st Appointment. The worst thing at this office was, when we went in for our appointment AFTER deivery, the front clerk asked how our baby was. The sad thing is, that we didn't get one. I really feel that they could have caught MTHFR blood disorder before or after we had troubles. I will not go back, and prefer to be with dotors who read medical journals and who are up to date on everything. I felt little compassion with these people.

I have been an RN for 15 years and Dr. Mull is the best doctor I have ever met. He literally saved my life. ANY wait time in the office is well worth it because he listens to you and never rushes through a visit. I have seen 3 of the doctors here and they were all great, but Dr. Mull has my utmost respect and is the only one I plan on seeing in the future. And I love the office staff as well. They are incredibly friendly and really seem to enjoy their job.

I have used this practice for over 25 years and haven't had one complaint. Every doctor is compassionate. As to wait times, I believe that once in 25 years did I have a long wait time due to the doctor being in delivery. You can always ask the staff to reschedule if you cannot wait.

Everyone seems to love them, but waiting for 75 minutes for an appointment for an immunization is ridiculous. You're definitely just a number and the staff is iffy at best.

This group of doctors is great. They are affliated with Kennestone Hospital. If you are expecting, a doctor is present for all deliveries. They do not use midwives. All the doctors and office staff are friendly and easy to talk with on the phone or during a visit. I would highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with this group of doctors. Since they have multiple doctor on staff someone can always see you when needed. They also have multiple locations around the Atlanta are to make it convenient.
