Tried to Rip Me Off
Took my car in for an oil change and they told me that my water pump was leaking bad and needed to be replace for $900. I said no and took it to a local repair place. They tested it and found no problem whatsoever. Avoid their service department!

SERVICE VISIT
I recently changed jobs and this dealership is close so I decided to have my 4Runner serviced there. I was greeted promptly and treated with utmost respect. The service advisor checked my mileage and gave my vehicle a quick walkaround. He advised of what needed to be done and quoted me an exact price. I was even offered a ride to work. The service was completed in less than an hour so I decided to wait. Nice waiting area as well. I will be using this dealership again and would refer friends as well. Great first impression and experience!

Brad Huntington & Kerry Westbrooks do great work!
Going to this dealership was a great experience, I was really impressed with their patience and friendliness. I worked with Brad Huntington and his manager Kerry Westbrooks, they where very knowledgeable and created an atmosphere of customer service. I was given a great price, they answered all my questions and they were honest. What more can you ask for when going to a used car dealership! After going to 3 dealerships and walking away due to a lack of service.Toyota Marietta was a breath of fresh air, everyone working there were very helpful. My only regret is that I did not go there sooner.

Stay clear of Marietta Toyota
My husband & I went in to purchase a new Highlander. The salesman wasn't friendly, but we did get a price on a new 2011. He said that was the best price in the southeast. We went to another dealer to compare prices. Another metro dealer BEAT Marietta's price by $800.00 on the same Highlander. Save MONEY and be treated in a friendly manner-go anywhere other than Marietta Toyota.

Staff was rude, condescending, and deceptive
Staff there was rude, condescending, and deceptive. They tried everything from pushing to lying in sales and finance to cheat me. Told me another saleman was the manager. They told me all kind of reasons as to why the car cost more, why I don't qualify for manufacturer rebate, and interest rate was too high. went to Toyota Newnan and everything was lower and hassle free.
