Worked out a deal over email and then came in to complete the transaction. They explained the deal but now it had completely changed and was terribly confusing. I tried to renegotiate it back to where I we agreed to originally but after signing a committal letter to transfer the vehicle I realized that they had tacked on thousands of dollars in administration fees. They unethically scammed me and when I called them on it they stuck to their line that I signed. Not wanting to talk about the tactics that they went through. Bottom line, they are untrustworthy, unethical, and as a military buyer I am disgusted. I suggest all patrons go to another dealer or frankly stay away from Toyota all together. Horrible!!

I visited Marietta Toyota toda (7/28). My sister and I sat down at a table on the right close to the front door and a couple was sitting at a table on the left close to the front door. A salesman walked pass us and stopped where the couple was sitting and asked them if they were being helped. They told him they were waiting for (did not get the name) and that salesman knew they were there. He then walked passed us again and said nothing. I was a bit dumfounded. I then went to the room where he was standing and asked him if he works at Toyota. He said yes. I then asked him why didn't he ask us if we needed help, he said he was already helping someone. I then asked him why did he ask the other couple if they needed assistance and not us. He then said "I got you mam"...Basically he understood where I was coming from... We then left. My niece went back inside and found out his name was Anthony. My sister went to the dealership to purchase a RAV4 TODAY but I guess our money was not green enough or he probably thought we were not credit worthy. We will be heading to another dealership tomorrow.

i forgot who was my sales rep, but he was awesome and on "salary" so no commission pushiness. As of mar 2012, i got the best price for a camry le with leather for 21k out the door. basically 3k lower than anyone else in the state. Price was the best, sales team was kind and quick. I walked in,paid cash, and got the car..all within 1.5 hrs.

Going to this dealership was a great experience, I was really impressed with their patience and friendliness. I worked with Brad Huntington and his manager Kerry Westbrooks, they where very knowledgeable and created an atmosphere of customer service. I was given a great price, they answered all my questions and they were honest. What more can you ask for when going to a used car dealership! After going to 3 dealerships and walking away due to a lack of service. Toyota Marietta was a breath of fresh air, everyone working there were very helpful. My only regret is that I did not go there sooner.
