Very good buying experience, 11/13/2014

Stacey was very knowledgeable about the used selection, she knew the model features, and she wouldn't take the Desk Manager's offer and instead worked directly with the GM to get us the deal on the... car we really wanted. Everyone was very friendly. I realize the dealership has only been open for 2 months, but I was surprised that the show room wasn't more settled and decorated. We appreciated that our car was sitting out front and center when we arrived to pick it up. It was completely detailed and very clean. The purchase process was very efficient and professionally handled.

The Best Service, 11/03/2014

while our experience with your sales people was Very good. Especially Danielle. she was willing to work with us. she was awesome!! it seems Brandon took car of the paperwork. I was very disappointed... tho when we found that one of the fog light on the car was cracked and we were refused when we asked that it be replaced. I find it hard to believe that you would sell a used car with a light that was broken. doesn't this go thru your inspection and wouldn't that be replaced? I will think twice about sending friends co-worker to Mark Mitsubishi for that reason. I would expect that from your side of the road mom and pop car dealer but not from a large dealer as yourselves.

Very good buying experience

Best of the Best

Danielle was such a pleasure to work with. She knows what she is doing which is a huge plus and she is extremely patient and honest as a salesperson. I had such a great experience and will use Mark Mitsubishi for the foreseeable future. And I will definitely recommend Mark Mitsubishi for anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great sales and service

I met Danielle on Mark Mitsubishi website online chat room. I informed her about our needs and worked with her via e-mail and text for nearly two weeks. She located the vehicle and worked out the majority of the logistics prior to us visiting the dealer ship. We love the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Thx!! Danielle

Outstanding Customer Service

The people are so nice here. So sorry that the coffee machine wasn't working. But as usual they had popcorn and water!!! Thanks. I like that they check everything to make sure my Kia Sorento doesn't need anything else. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

wonderful service

Stacey met me outside and introduced herself saying Bruce had to leave but that she'd help me. And she did an excellent job. She took her time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and was very easy to talk to. We took care of business fairly quickly. I was there on a Sunday so only one person finalizing the paperwork for the purchase but it wasn't that long before everything was completed.

Brilliant

The team at both Scottsdale/Glendale Mark Mitsubishi centers helped me get the Outlander I was looking at on Cars.com. They moved it to the closest center so I could surprise my wife for her birthday for a test drive/ buy. Thanks guys!

Wonderful

This dealership had a down to earth and friendly atmosphere. The sales representative Stacey that helped us was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After purchasing the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, Stacey checks back with us periodically just to see if we had any additional questions. What great service! Excellent Treatment

Brandon Flohr at Mark Mitsubishi was very helpful and attentive. We were at the dealership just to look at the new 2014. Brandon explained the improvements and had us test drive. All our questions were answered and we considered trading in our 2013. Nick in the finance dept., worked with us on our 2013 and remembered us. He did a great job explaining the numbers and getting us into our new 2014.
