I, like the other posters here, have been waiting MONTHS for my slipcover that I paid $120 for. I have received no responses to my numerous emails and phone calls, and I frankly doubt I will ever get my slipcover or my money returned (I paid via PayPal and it unfortunately is past their 45 day dispute time window). I ordered a Klobo slip cover in May, it's now October 1 and we have yet to receive it. I have emailed repeatedly with no reply, no update no nothing. I keep reading her company is small, if she's so small she can't even reply to email then I want her out of business. She periodically posts updates on her website that she's sick or has sent out all of the may and june orders. Well guess what Marlene, you haven't sent out mine and I'm very upset! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company, I will also do my best to make the internet aware of this company so no one else loses out $90 like I did!

The company is new, and overwhelmed. Many customers are complaining that they wait three or four months without receiving anything. With an original 6 weeks promised shipping time, I've been waiting 16 weeks. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, as I can't find evidence that they've ever sent out a product (nor replied to emails).
