Awful service and extremely unprofessional conduct. Joe Martin was the repair man. During the first call out he was extremely rude to the young man who was helping him (an apprentice I think). At one point he was using very vulgar four lettered words when he thought we couldn't hear. That would have been bad enough if the fridge was fixed! But, long story short, after he "fixed it" it began making a loud buzzing sound which was completely unbearable (and which it had never made before). He sent the apprentice and another technician around a week later. They did something but we could tell they were not sure what they were doing. Needless to say, the fridge continued with the noise. The third call out was by Joe Martin again. After spending several minutes on our computer (to try and figure out how to fix the fridge!) , he blamed the young technician and said he had done something wrong. He did something else to the fridge and claimed he had fixed it. The second he left, the noise started up again. He came back and now insisted the noise was normal. He said he refused to do anything further and we could sue him if we wanted. He began to yell stating with pride that he "had a temper". Feeling things may get physical, he was asked to leave. He called back a few hours later to apologize for his behavior and agreed to try to fix the noise...several follow up calls and we are STILL waiting.

Supposedly a "Factory" authorized service Co. for Samsung. Really?! Absolutely horrible service. Issue with fridge started in January 2015 now March & still not resolved / repaired They have come out 3 times already & still haven't firgured out what is wrong. Totally rude customer service & they lie as if it is no problem to do so...If I were you STAY AWAY from this Service Co. Horrible experience with J. Martin Appliance repair, save yourself the agony & your money!

Very impressed!! i am so thankful, my dryer had not been working for over a week. i called many other companies but no one could fix the issue. a friend of my referred me to j martians, a tech came out tested my dryer and it came back as all i needed were my vents cleaned. so they were out the next day to clean them. Thank you so much i have no idea what i would of done.

J. Martin Appliance and Refrigeration provided our family same day service when our air conditioner quit working and had it working within an hour. We have been using their company for years and have no complaints :) Keaton family

I would just like to start by saying how amazed i am with this company. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and low and behold my washing machine decided to stop working. It started with the clothes not having the water drain out of them. I was panicking, here i was with a new born going through 8 outfits a day and not being able to wash her clothes. I had no idea what i was going to do, then a friend of mine gave me the phone number to J martins. I called and explained the situation, and the next day i was on the schedule. The Tech Dave came out and diagnosed my unit and that he had to order a part, but within 3 days my part was there and they called me to come back out. They were very kind and fixed my Maytag washer the next day. While Dave was here he took a look at my dryer vent, at no cost to me. I was very surprised to find out that they were a disaster. He then notified me they also offer Dryer vent cleaning and told me about the special they have on. I am so thankful that he did, so i booked my appointment for the next week. This is a really lousy service company. Nobody ever picks up the phone or updates or responds to voicemail. It's been two weeks since the repairman first came and took a look at the refrigerator and haven't heard back from them. No response to phone calls or voicemail. Stay away from this company if you need peace of mind.

Iam J.Martin,This is a true statement,ok we have serviced your a/c couple of years before your post all was good.A couple of years later we serviced your built in refrigerator 04/16/2010.On 03/15/2011 right at one year later you called in a service request for your refrigerator,we came out and installed a new evaperator coil.Still working good ha.You also called in a request to fix your ice maker power cord burnt in two down in your basement.still works good ha,this brings us to your a/c a year later lets dont forget you have two of them.you called in a no cool,you were told you had a leak in the evaperator coil we charged it up for you,you didnt want to fix it your words was maybe next summer.you said can you look at this leak i have i blew out the line with co2.and it was still leaking told you that we might have to pull the coil.So when i finished right at dark, and wasn't able to completed the second one.I set it up the next day,called you and you wasn't home.you ask me to come later that day i stated i had other calls to finish.you called me twice when i was still working with another customer.Ishowed up at your door at6:pm.you stated i thought you was going to call me, i will call the office and set up tomarrow.Never heard from until i just read this post. Oh and you paid for the freon and service call.readers please note we are not at fault for jasson moccia problems with his leaking a/c.And one year apart ref,visits.

I've used J. Martin a couple of times. They started off great but I quickly started feeling like I wasn't getting what I was paying for. They had to fix my refrigerator twice and I had to bring someone else in to fix my air conditioner. I wouldn't use them again.

Lowe's sent them to our rescue to repair our 2 new appliances still under warranty which were supposed to have been repaired by another company. On both of their visits they showed up when they were supposed to and now our appliances are trouble free.

I was in a bind and needed someone to come same day. No techs were available so the owner, Joe Martin, came to help. He arrived on time and was very helpful. Would recommend this company to friends and family. (refrig repair)

Their technicians are pleasant and competent. However, the company does not return phone calls well. I have been waiting for them to finish a repair on my refrigerator for 2 months, left three messages, and none have been returned.
