Mary was not my agent. She represented my neighbors, who had left their outside pet behind. I wrote Mary a very professional letter, asking if she could follow up with them and asking if she could contact me. She did neither. I realize that she is not the one who dumped the animal, but she could have at least called me or sent a note. I also left 2 messages with her. The house was vacant for 1 year. I even asked her assistant to give her that message. I just think that she could have at least acknowledged my concern. I would never call her as a agent, as I feel she lacks professionalism as well as follow-up skills.

Mary helped us sell our home in Dunwoody, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in a down economy. She was thorough, very customer-focused and help us do everything possible to market our home in the best manner. If we ever return to the Atlanta area, Mary will be the only person we'd call to assist with our real estate needs.

Mary helped me in purchasing my first house 3 years ago. Since I had never been through this process before, it was very intimidating for me. Mary was amazing! She would stop to answer any questions I had and made the process so easy. Even after the purchase, Mary checked in with me and has provided guidance to help remind me of certain opportunities I would have otherwise forgotten. I know I will call Mary on the next housing purchase/sale I make.

Mary is a very cool lady. She's knowledgeable and professional. We've had several employees transfer here from out of state and she has always gone out of her way to be flexible in order to meet their flight schedules, etc. I give her the names and numbers and she takes care of the rest. She makes me look good!
