Please do yourself a favor and do not go here.My stylist had no idea what she was doing. She applied the wrong color highlights, and proceeded to wipe it off with a towel as this is ""the only way to see if its good."" If you are a good stylist, you can tell. She had to remix and reapply, only for the highlights to be the wrong color again. At this point I just said whatever since I was already sitting in a chair for well over 2 hours.Additionally, and this is HUGE problemI asked for my hair to be cut a little longer than my shoulder, and she cut it to my chin.I have been upset over my hair for a few days now. Ontop of that. It was well overpriced.DO NOT go here. Stylists do whatever they want, and dont listen to their clients. ...

I had hair and make-up trials here for my wedding(2007). \r\rMake-up - The trial was expensive and horrible, I acutally thought I looked worse with make-up on. And the purpose of a trial is to find out what you want on your wedding day. This usually happens several months before the wedding. At my trial, no one wrote anything down! This was a huge rip-off.\r\rHair - I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted, so I got the standard up-do, which was much to formal for me. I'm a passive person and so didn't say anything at the time (and one of my bridesmaid's mom suddenly passed away the next day so other things were on my mind). I called 2-3 weeks later asking for an email address so that I could scan and send a photo of how I wanted my hair to look on my wedding day. I didn't ask for anything!!! The owner said I absolutely ""MUST"" come in to fix the problem, I ""MUST"" be 100% satisfied. So she scheduled an appt. with me with the same stylist AND told me this would be free. The stylist called me back 30 minutes later and said she would be charging me for a new trial since I had decided on a new hair style. Several words were exchanged and the owner called me back 30 minutes later literally saying I was ""A liar"" and that I had found a style I liked better and was trying to cheat the stylist. This was the SAME woman who told me I ""MUST"" be satisfied and booked the appt. for me. I kindly reminder her that my call only originated with me asking for an email address and it was SHE who scheduled the re-do with me. The owner still called me a liar. I think she must suffer from mental illness. I ended up going somewhere else for my wedding hair and make-up, and the owner did refund my $150 for the trial (not including tip) but I really, really did have a horrible experience there.
