My husband and I stumbled upon massage envy when I was having neck issues about 4 months ago. There is a real spa feel and there are multiple masseurs on duty at very flexible hours. Because I... needed intense therapy for my neck I tried to get the same masseuse each time for my therapy. My husband wanted to come at the same time, so he experienced multiple therapists using greatly varying methods but all were excellent. We were attending twice a week for a couple months and have probably been massaged by all the staff. We cannot reiterate enough that this therapy is some of the best we have ever experienced and I have been getting regular weekly massages for the past five years. The price is incredibly reasonable for the quality.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I have seen nearly a dozen different therapists at this location and they have all been fantastic. I also like the fact that they are open seven days a week and have long hours. I can get in... pretty much last minute if needed. The price is also a major plus, I have gone else where and paid twice as much to see a therapist that didnt even come close to the experience of the people I've seen. I would definitely recommend trying it for yourself.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I originally signed up at another location and my job takes me all over the Puget Sound. Most other locations have been ok, except for a horrible experience I had at the Kirkland location. This week I came into the Bellevue location for the first time. What set them apart was how friendly the front desk staff was and the extra time they took over the phone to get me in with the right therapist. The person I saw was 10 times better than anyone else I've seen since I started my memberhsip. No doubt I will becoming back to this location.

I recently became a member at this location, but was hesitant at first based on some of the reviews. I would have to say the reviews were dead wrong, and I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, the therapist that I saw (Elena) was hands down the best therapist I have ever seen, and I receive massage often. I have a hectic schedule and their long store hours have helped tremendously whether I need to come in at 8am or 9pm. I have referred many of my friends, family, and co-workers, and no one has yet to have a bad experience.

I would have to say I was shocked to see some of the reviews for Massage Envy of Bellevue. I have been a member for several years and come in almost weekly. A couple of years ago things were a little rocky but more recently things have made a huge turn around! When I was laid off the manager helped make an arrangement for me, the front desk is always friendly and I have found two great therapists in Laura and Diana. I have been to chiropractors to see their massage therapists and they don?t even come close to the knowledge and skill Diana and Laura have! After being to several other Massage Envy?s and other brands, Massage Envy of Bellevue has by far been the best!

They have the works therapist they don't know how to give a massage or listen to what you want worked on. Then they have had numerous billing errors on my membership. I have to call them every month due to overcharges, unauthorized freezes, schedule mixup..something. I wish I never signed up for a membership. The first couple visits a few years ago were great, now they are the worst

Good: Nothing.. Bad: Rookie massage therapists, that don't work on areas that you ask for.. Improvements: everything, customer service, correct billin...

I went to Massage Envy after hearing about their special for first-time clients. This turned out to be a totally frustrating experience - I left feeling more irritated at the wasted time and money. I had clearly explained to my therapist about my problem area and we agreed that she would spent most or all time on working on it. I felt that she barely did anything for teh whole hour- I could not feel what she was working on and there was zero energy. Needless to say after a while I stopped hoping she would actually start doing a massage!\r\rStay away! Any place should be better than this (at least everything I've tried in the area beats this horrible experience).

Once apon a time this place was great. A good pool of quality therapists, a good atmosphere, and a proffesional setting. Now, all of the massage therapists are jaded and about to quite. Both water fountains are busted with hiqh quality leak damage. BOTH bathroom hallways have no light. The quite room is always dirty. The atmoshpere, well, it stinks. The front desk staff is never the same and no one knows what the hell is going on. My schedule is always screwed up and I peridocally get a confirmation call. The managements response to my complaints? None. There hasn't been a manager on site for quite some time. My last massage ( a comp because they messed up my schedule ) sucked! My wife and I started going the New Castle location. This definatly saved our memberships! All members, stay away from Bellevue's miss managed Massage Envy and find one that still wants to stay in business!

Go to someplace that has a high turnover rate, uses new graduates, will hire anybody willing to work cheap and will wash windows, floors or water plants.\rGo to a real therapist! \rSeattle area has many massage schools but only 3 really quality schools, find a therapist that went to Brennke, Brian Uttings or Soma Institute.\rSettle for less and you will waste your time and money and possibly even be worse after treatment.\rYou get what you pay for.\rGo to yahoo search and enter massage bellevue, read the review and find a 5 star rating. You are worthy of and deserve the best care available!\rSincerely\rSandy RYT

Pay a little more and go to InSpa, a health club, or a spa. Take a look at reviews and you'll see that these are probably posted by Massage Envy themselves, as all of the ""reviewers"" have no other posts. I went and was very dissatisfied with my experience. I then looked at the reviews here and saw what was up.\r\rStay away. I hate companies that try to use these rating systems to their benefit.

The service there is spotty and they still expect a $12-18 tip when the massage is only $49. The therapist was late and didn't give me the full 50 minutes service. Also my friend had an experience there with a therapist that was unprofessional with the draping and touching. The clinic charged me double for a month (their mistake) and still hasn't refunded me the money since November. It's been a nightmare with them.

I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. I think because they're the cheapest place around. But it really shows. The therapists talk with the receptionists all the time while they're not working. The conversation I heard was very unprofessional. I looked over at them a few times to see if they'd know not to talk like this infront of a client but they gave me dirty looks.

I have been to a few Massage Envy locations before and didn't have the experience that I was looking for. The therapist either talked too much, or it was noisy, or the massage wasn't up to par (too light or not what I wanted). This location is really professional and makes for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The front desk is always friendly and smiling, the lobby is always tidy (love the quiet room), and my therapist Lauren is Fantastic!!! I highly recommend her as well as Fransisco. I love the late hours as I work late and I can fit in a massage after. Most places are closed by the time I am off. The price is great, the hours are convenient, and the therapists are highly skilled. Awesome!!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. My massage therapist-- he was awesome!
