The customer service is awful. People seem to hate their customers and jobs. Not only the receptionist, the managers are mean and rude. They don't provide variety of services such as facial. It is poorly run compared to other locations nearby such as Kennesaw or Windy Hill.

This is an excellent place to receive a massage. The prices are incredibly reasonable, the staff is always friendly, and it's always easy to book an appointment. Great place.

Many problems with my visit, don't even know where to start. 1st, when I arrived, they told me my credit card on file expired and they had to cancel my appt. They never called to let me know so I wasted getting a sitter and taking the time to go. They then set me up for my next appointment and geesh, the next appointment the therapist was sick and they again never called to tell me. Only therapist they had was a male and I had preferred a female. They apologize by giving me a half hour free. No thanks too much stress for getting some relaxation. Don't bother going to this unprofessional salon. Never will i recommend this place to anyone.

My massage therapist was over 15 minutes late and admitted he was asleep in the back. He didn't add the missing time back to the end of the appointment to make up for his being late so I was shorted 15 minutes. He also wasn't professional with his draping methods or proximity to or "sensitive/vunerable" areas and he knew it. After the massage, I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me. I never received a return phone call even though I called and left several additional messages. DON'T GO THERE!

This is the worst marketing scheme. The inro. rate is $39 but once you sign up they will market the heck out of you to sign the contract. I signed the 6 months contract. Once you sign, the price goes up to $49. You have to keep track of the massages you use. The membership has an expiration date they outline it on your cancellation form but can't seem to be able to look it up if you need to be reminded of what the date should be. I lost one credit $49 becuase my expiration date stated March 26th and I planned on scheduling my massage for March 26th. Surprise, suprise! When I called on the 26th I found out that you can only use them until the 25th. Short, the place is not worth the money. Don't waist your money go. If you want a cheeper massage option go to Atlanta School Of Massage. You'll get the same service for 30% less (no tip).

The place is very plain.Furniture is old/minimal- massage was "ok." I hate to say it, but the high end saleswomen is what's doing this place in. Also, $39 for your first massage sounds great. Once you come to pay for it though, you are talked to death, darn near, by the saleswomen aggressively wanting you to purchase their $600 membership. Sorry- I'd rather take my business elsewhere!
