Our therapists are here to alleviate every ache, pain or stress - no matter how small - because we agree on one thing: The good life should actually feel that way.
The massages are great, the front desk staff leaves A LOT to be desired! But beware of when your membership expires. I had a massage, thinking that my membership automatically renenewed. A few days later they called me and said that I owed them for the massage and when I went in to pay the bill, they tried to charge me the non-member price! Then they didn't even ask if I wanted to renew my membership! It's good that you don't have to deal with the staff much - the massage therapists are great!

Overall it's a great experience. The front desk staff at this site leaves a bit to be desired and are not great with customer service, but what they lack, the therapists more than make up for. All the therapists I've had there have been professional, pleasant and polite, which is more than I can say for the front staff.

Massage Envy is an interesting concept. The have many locations around the valley and membership is transferable to any location. Open 7 days a week, with appointments until 9pm, it's easy to schedule appointments. It's best to try several different therapists at each location, and once you find one you like, stick with him/her. Many of them are fresh out of school, but that doesn't mean they aren't good. Just looking to build experience. Salon is very relaxing and immaculate!

Massage envy is kind of like the fast food of spas. The massage I had was great and affordable for everyone! Once you get into the room, it is definitely relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of it.

For the price, Massage Envy is great! It's quick and easy to get appointments and, for the most part, the masseuses are friendly and professional.
