Been a member for two years, and when I had an issue (that I caused by my actions) with the membership, the owner called to assure me that she would do everything in her power to fix it. So whether or not she is able to rectify it, I give kudos to Ms. Pat for her customer service!

I want to express my disappointment with the owner of the Camp Creek location. My husband died on Friday, July 6, 2012. Under the duress of my husband's death, I called the Camp Creek location accidentally on Sunday, July 8. The funeral was the next day and I just needed to get a massage. I thought i was calling the location in Stockbridge. At appt time, I went to the Stockbridge location only to realize that the appt was at Camp Creek. The Stockbridge location called Camp Creek and explained the situation. I called the CC location as well and spoke with Amber. I understand the cancellation policy, but under the circumstances, i would have expected the owner to express empathy and not charge me a cancellation fee of 49.00. It's not like i cancelled because i changed my mind, it was an honest mistake under the duress of death. The alternative offered was to try to get to the CC location and use whatever time may be left once i arrive. The CC location is over 30 mins from my house and on this particular day there was such a horrific accident on I-75, I would have sat in traffic for two hours just trying to get there. I wasnt even offered the opportunity to come on another day and use the time. I have referred so many people to massage envy and this is the thanks I get in return. Sometimes the concerns of the client and customer service is more important than money.
