Our therapists are here to alleviate every ache, pain or stress — no matter how small — because we agree on one thing: The good life should actually feel that way.
I have been several times to the Pensacola location and find the clinicians always ask how I'm feeling and and what do I want focused on during the session. When I have asked for a specific technique be applied if the clinician is not familiar they are quick to admit their limitation and refer me to another clinician. It is important to go into the massage session knowing what you want and communicating it to the clinician as they are all professionals having strengths and proficiency.

I pre paid for 3 massage. It was my boy friend's birthday and I was paying for him to get a massage while I used one of my free ones. I was about to make an appointment when they informed me my membership had EXPIRED which was strange because when I prepaid for the massage the women I signed up with told me I had until the new year before my 3 massages expired. It is November so how they have expired already I do not know. The women got the manager who came out rolled her eyes and was very rude. I explained the situation and asked what my options were and she was unwilling to help. I explained again her sales women told me the wrong information that they did not expire until the New Year. She said it was my fault for not understanding the information properly. I was even willing to compromise and settle for 1 out of my 3 hours! But she dismissed me and was RUDE and did not refund ANY of my massages!! Needless to say we left after being disrespected and ignored! DO NOT GO HERE they are CHEEP RUDE AND AWFUL!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to this time. DO NOT GO TO THE PENSACOLA ONE. I signed, and canceled within 3 days. They charged me the different, that's OK. Guess what, the next day, they charged me again without my authorization. If you care about your money, stay away from them.

The staff was very rude and customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately I signed a yearlong contract for $54.00 a month. I had only been to one massage with them and am now in my 6th month so I have 5 already paid for massages on the books I can use anytime. On a Saturday morning I come in and scheduled with the front desk for me and my lady for a Wed appointment. On the day of our appointment I notice on my credit card statement two charges of $39 and $49. So I call the front desk and ask why, and they tell me I missed my appointment so those are NO Show fees. I am confused because my appointment was to be 3 hours from that time (this being that WED). Apparently the front desk rep was incapable of Correctly Scheduling and put me down for Tuesday. Not only was the manager not supporting Me the customer but she refused to refund the fees even after I informed her that the error was with her staff in not properly updating my contact information, and not being able to schedule the proper day in their Appt log. So let me get this correct. YOUR front Desk 1. don't know how to schedule appointment 2. don't listen or read well when I updated my contact information for myself And my guest. 3. you charge me a NO Show for approx $90 total on already paid for massages at $54 apiece. 4. Your manager refuses to assist and BELIEVE that her staff is perfect and the problem is ME who forgot his appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday.... Ugh, just don't go there!!!!

I have never dealt with a more discourteous, unhelpful, unprofessional staff than this Massage Envy specifically. After being transferred by the military to a location without a Massage Envy close, I requested several different times to cancel my membership (even going so far as to visit a location at home in Virginia and coordinating with them to cancel). The Pensacola office was uncooperative even with a sister branch and declined to receive a copy of my orders sent straight from that branch. Since then, I have called the Pensacola branch twice asking to speak to the owner (having already dealt with the manager with dissatisfactory results), left a message for whomever it is, and have yet to hear back...months later. I'm still getting charged for their services, which I'm not using. Oh, also, the money that I've already paid has an expiration date on when I can use them? How is that fair or good business sense, to alienate a customer because they have no choice of living situation?

My wife got me a gift card for my birthday, and I was hesitant to try it at first. I had the BEST time. The massage therapist was very professional, and she was very good at helping me relax. All the girls behind the counter were very nice and very curteous. I am definitely coming back!

PENSACOLA BEWARE: They are rude , disrespectful and downright deceiving ~ it is best to check everything they say FIRST ... not only my own bad experience where they have continued to take my money after my contract ended (I was rudely told "you should read your contract" a year later rather then kindly have sent me a "reminder" maybe? They also have 7+ xtra massages of which I have not been able to use~in order to cancel I had to submit a letter which by the way would take another 30days~only another way to get my money! They have been totally rude and deceptive. Please Pensacola do your search and you will find MANY sites with disappointed clients who have been lied to , or treated unfairly. Check them first and make your own decision ; but be warned if you sign one of their contracts; they will no longer care about you!

My Husband and I go to Massage Envy every two weeks, we always have a great and relaxing massage. I don't know about all the other therapist, we have the same two every time and have never had a problem. They always ask how we are feeling and what we want and always listen to our concerns. We have always left feeling much better.I will add that when we first went in we already knew we would start a membership, However the sales person did not know that and we did feel they were hounding us to join almost to the point we were thinking of walking out.Other than that we still go and always enjoy our massage.

Therapists are underpaid, can't keep any staff, It's not about health care--only about money. Wanna cancel your membership? Cancel your C.card. I did.

The therapists that Massage Envy hire like the flexibility and job security that comes with working in a professional enviorment for a National Brand. Massage therapy as a profession isn't for everyone just like any other career. It's more about helping people with the benefits of massage. The wellness plan (or membership) also isn't for everyone. It's for people who want and need to take care of themselves regularly and at an affordable rate, every month. Massage Envy sees over 10+ million clients every year and they continue to reach out to people who have needs for the services every day of the week all year long.
i have been to massage Envy in Minnesota and now in Florida, the one in Florida is such a wonderful place so relaxing. the front staff was very friendly and calming. the massage was just what i needed at the time, wonderfuly realxing and did wonders for my back after the long car ride.
