Massage Envy Spa

I love going to massage Envy. It's the only place I get to relax after a stressful day. I would highly recommend trying Kim Renik. She is the best and always relaxes me. She listens to what you want and does exactly that. She has improved my quality of life and I will continue to see her.

Massage Envy has great rates and every massuse is knowledgable in their craft. Kim is wonderful. I lke their simple and peaceful ambiance. \r\r1Adam12

Massage Envy Mission Viejo North has the worst service ever.They are horrible. I would have given no stars if I could have. I tired to cancel my membership with them. and they told me to fax in the paper work and that management would contact me as soon as they look over my paper work. once a manager contacted me.They wouldn't let me cancel my membership because my 12 month term wasn't up. Well I explain to them that I just recently lost my job and they didn't care at all. It seems to me all they care about is getting their money and they don't care that they scam people. most companies are understanding in this economy not them.. I highly recommend that you don't sign up for the debt trap..AKA the membership.. This place is still taking what little money that I have away from me.

No one told me that last week when they booked my next appt in december. Of course they couldnt fit me in today so I lost out on one of my prepaid massages. \r\rThey wouldnt give me an extension and didnt care if I renewed my plan. Really??? In this economy???\r

I am a very physical and active person. I start the day with P90X, swing a hammer during the day and train in MMA, Mixed Martial Arts 5 time a week last week my body said, ""Nope""! \r\rI was recomended to Massage Envy in Mission Viejo by one of my Mixed Martial Arts Coaches. I drove to the location and they were open, it's 8:30 at night. They assist me to get an appointment that fit MY Sech.! And what a first experience it was, if I was to think what a first massage was to be, this was more-o-so-more than what I could have thought the experience could have been,. this is a good thing, place and people!
