I have been a loyal customer patronizing Master Kleen for more than 4 yrs. I simply do not iron. I spend on average $70 a month to get my shirts pressed - "heavy on the starch, please". I wear both men and women shirts. All My shirts were always starched to perfection until this year. On August 14, 2007 I prepared to dress for work and put on a shirt that was clearly not starched. To my surprise there were several un-starched shirts I had just recently paid for. With the 100+ degree weather we have experienced so far in August 2007; I returned all my shirts that day to Master Kleen wearing the un-starched shirt so that they could clearly see the "frumpy" wrinkle look at 9:15 a.m. Master Kleen provided starch to my shirts free of charge that day only. I was told that several of my shirts would now cost me $1.00 more each because they did not fit the press machine. Of course I was not happy. I never questioned the cost since I received the service that I wanted. I asked for a phone call from Will that day to discuss. I never received that call. I am totally disappointed. My shirts did not change nor did the amount I paid; but the service and quality did without notice. I am currently using Kudzu reviews to find the "Dry Cleaner" to provide the quality service I expect reasonably and honor customer service.

We have been using Master Kleen for over 5 years. They offer a convenient drive through for both drop off and pick up which is so nice. There work is fast - drop off in the morning and it's ready the same day for no extra charge. Sometimes lately the shirts are not as clean as I would like so hopefully that will be changed!
