Master Pools By Artistic Pools

After only 2 and a half monthes Artistic Pools delivered to me and my family a beautifully crafted oasis. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have waited a long time to build a swimming pool and Artistic Pools made the experience quite enjoyable. The pool is beautiful and our family had a great summer. We would highly reccommend Artistic Pools to anyone that wants to have a swimming pool built. We have not had the opportunity to try their service department yet because everything so far works great!!!!!! We are positive that their service department would not let us down. We also have friends that have pools built by Artistic Pools and they tell us that they had great experiences also.

This 50 year old company---claiming that they are the best and above everyone else---- failed to even call me back after I had complained to the first line of folks about a problem I had with service and some promises of additional work to be done---and then even spoke to the FOUNDER and OWNER, Mr. Coker, Sr. who was loveable and friendly and said how sorry he was that I was treated that way and that he would call me or his son,"Jr." would call me but certainly they wanted my business and they BOTH would get back to me. Let's see----that was ONE WEEK ago and no one has yet called. What I wanted to do was to spend abut $5000.00 for a remote controlled product, which they sell, to operate my pool systems. I wouldn't give these folks five cents!!!! BEWARE of their service and propaganda!!!

1ST CLASS POOL COMPANY. ARTISTIC POOLS CREATED A MASTERPIECE IN MY BACKYARD. THEY CREATED AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT THAT WENT BEYOND OUR WILDEST IMAGINATIONS. THEY DELIVERED THERE STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.

They were very difficult in following up with issues with my pool. I live outside the Perimeter so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. Once installed, we never heard or saw them again - even after numerous phone calls. They never educated us on pool care and maintenance of the equipment. Very disappointed. Customer service is definitely not one of their priorities.
