It went very well and I would definitely use them again. They did a tune-up and replaced the metal rollers with nylon rollers. I also had them change the garage door opener with a new one. They also... installed the electric eye safety devices and an outside key pad so I can open the garage door from the outside. I had purchased a deal for $79 and paid about $400 total with the extra work.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Wanted to say "HATS OFF" to MasterCraft and Jonathan who came to our rescue. I called on Friday, concerned about my mother's garage door opener, and from the initial phone receptionist and prompt... scheduling to the hand shake as Jonathan was leaving today, I was very impressed with this company and how they treat their customers. Jonathan explained everything thoroughly and was upfront with the costs involved. He was very knowledgeable about garage door openers and talked us through the steps he would take to get it in working order. He was prompt and courteous and we were beyond pleased with the repair. Thank you, again, MasterCraft for your expertise and upstanding employees. Elva & CathleenVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

From first contact to final door closure, Mastercraft delivered quality customer service. They were patient with me in letting me prep my overflowing garage, helping me manage my schedule with multiple contractors and then quickly taking down the old door, putting up the new product and re-setting my opener keypad. Totally flawless delivery.

The father/son team of Stuart and Stuart came out to replace our garage door and did it in half the time they projected. They did a fantastic job, neat, clean, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend your contacting them if you need any garage door work done. Great guys.

I called Mastercraft Garage Door service late Wednesday evening and they arrived on time at 8:00am Thursday morning. They completed the job within our agreed budget. Stuart was very professional. He completed the job in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. I will tell my friends to use Mastercraft.

I had MasterCraft put new springs on my door 3 months ago and they did a great job! Then I had a bolt fall out of the opener, MasterCraft came out and fixed it for NO CHARGE and it was an unrelated issue to the springs. Anyone else would of charged me. Thanks! MasterCraft!

For whatever reasons, I'm suspicious of the pricing, knowledge/skill, and trustworthiness of service people that work on my home or vehicle. So, as my garage door stopped opening and closing properly over the last week or two, I first wondered what I might do to fix it myself. Once I determined that the problem was mainly with the door and not the opener, then I knew it was time to call in an expert. I searched the 'net for garage door service companies near my address, and then scoured through each of their sites and other sites that might discuss the companies. I finally decided to give MasterCraft and another company a call. Neither answered, but Stuart, Jr. from MasterCraft called me back soon afterwards, at about 4:30pm on a Saturday. I explained the door symptoms to Stuart. He suspected that the torsion bar and maybe the rollers would need replacement and quoted me an estimated fee that matched the web site's advertised cost. Well, he was able to get to my home an hour and a half later (even though I was in no rush!). He checked the door, and re-confirmed the parts to be replaced and the cost with me. He completed the work within an hour. Stuart also let me know that the opener's trolley needs to be replaced and he explained how to do it (as well as offering to replace it on a future visit for a reasonable fee). The entire time, I felt comfortable talking with Stuart, and with his knowledge, professionalism, pricing, parts, and labor.

I called around 7:55am due to a broken spring. Stewart showed up around 9:30am and replaced two springs and cables for $224. He is very honest and professional. I highly recommend using them for your garage door repair needs.

I called Stewart on Monday and he setup me up with an appointment for Tuesday (I wasn't in a rush). He quoted me a price to get the job done and it was only $50 more than the parts would have cost me to do it myself. Considering the danger involved with replacing a torsion spring - $50 is a great price for somebody else to do it. I was considering insulating my garage door and Stewart was nice enough to answer a few questions I had on the subject. Overall this company was on time, courteous, stood by their quote snd got the job done just like they said they would. I only provided a four star rating on quality because I am not an expert in the field, I "think" they did a great job but only time will tell if the springs they installed are any good. Like I said, as of now I think they did a great job - especially for the money!!

this has been the best experience and most affordable garage door company i have ever worked with. The quality of the products are amazing and the service is even better, I highly reccomend this company to others around the valley if in need of any garage door repairs. One thing I really like about this company is the timely responce manner its hard to get someone in this crazy economy that has such impeccable phone and fix turn arounds and on top of it get the job done right and for affordable prices.
